I was really keen to receive the key boy in my mailbox and when it finally arrived I was super excited but also a bit anxious to see if it lived up to what all the ads and websites made it out to be. And I have to say it does. It works great, all the games have the old school look and fun factor and the system is sturdy and user friendly. There are a couple of games which don’t work but if you have 20000 games on offer a handful don’t matter. Love the adjustable volume, brightness and button configuration. As I said, I was worried a little but that has been blown out of this world with the fun to be had with this key boy. I do recommend it and already have to some friends.

I ordered my key boy and was super skeptical about everything at first but, I was excited about the idea so I thought why not. Upon receiving my 2pk of keyboys I played Pokémon for hours. Saved as you usually would and had issues to be perfectly honest. The games she didn’t work. I thought there had to be a trick and I could find it. ONE MESSAGE! That’s all it took and the OWNERS PERSONALLY RESPONDED!! I gave them my order number to confirm model. WITHIN A MINUTE I HAD A PERSONAL TUTORIAL VIDEO! And when I say personal I mean personal. I could see his home computer in the background and her grabbed the exact same model I ordered! 100%% in love with this kind of customer support and think all companies could learn from this! As a nostalgic gamer I wish nothing but the utmost best success and continuation for this company! IF YOU HAVE A SINGLE DOUBT PLEASE WASH IT AWAY THIS PRDUCT IS LEGIT AND THESE GUYS ARE HERE FOR YOU!

I bought this for my boyfriend for his birthday, he absolutely loves it! So many games from his childhood, and many more to download when contacting support! Would recommend to anyone that loves games from the 90's and 2000's

Got this from Santa and have played it every night since. So many memories.
More importantly, the service I’ve received from the keyboy team has been outstanding. They arranged a late pickup to make sure Santa got it to me on time…and when I went offline on livechat, they texted my mobile and asked if they could still help. We had everything sorted after I sent a couple of video messages.

Purchased this as a present for my boyfriend for our first Christmas together, and it made him so happy. The quality of the console and the graphics is surprisingly excellent, considering the cost was so reasonable. I have lost my boyfriend to Mario Kart, but I couldn’t be more chuffed.

It's fantastic having alot of the games from my childhood from multiple consoles on this one hand-held. The games play really well and the screen resolution is fantastic.

There are a few games that didn’t load…It’s not the end of the world. I’m appreciative that there’s something that I can take to work and not be on my phone all the time 😊
